Saludos, I'm Chef Jerome
I am native from the island of Puerto Rico, born and raised in San Juan. I have always been near the beach, surfing, skateboarding, arts and music, been these one of my biggest passions it influence and inspire my cooking.
Afro Caribbean, Puertorican and Italian cuisine are my strongest culinary background. I got into plant-based food since 2003 mainly through getting influenced by the Rastafarian culture and that point of shifting consciousness towards a more enlighted, compassionate and humble life.
I only cook what I would eat my self.
I am a conscious spiritual free soul, I live passionately for life and what I do is always driven by that passion, love & will power
